5 Best Mimosa Recipes Made Using Coravin Sparkling

Blog header IMG - 5 Best Mimosa Recipes Using Coravin Sparkling

There was a funny video trend that circulated throughout the COVID-19 pandemic showing that perfect ratio of orange juice to Champagne in a mimosa. A person would pour a glass of Champagne, then add the smallest drop of orange juice possible – in some cases, people didn’t add any orange juice at all!

While we’re big fans of a glass of pure sparkling wine, we can’t say no to a fun mimosa and, thanks to Coravin Sparkling™, we never have to. With Coravin Sparkling, we can enjoy sparkling wine from the same bottle for up to 4 weeks. That means a glass of bubbly on Monday, a mimosa on Saturday, then a different mimosa the next week.

Below, we share a classic mimosa recipe featuring orange juice, optional tangerine juice, St. Germain, and Champagne. For more of the best mimosa recipes out there, download our recipe cards. Included are a sherbet mimosa, mimosa mojito, grapefruit and rosemary mimosa, and a festive fall favorite: a caramel apple mimosa. There’s a mimosa for every season and we couldn’t be more excited about that.

This recipe makes one serving. Simple double, triple, or quadruple the recipe as needed. As mentioned above, the tangerine juice is optional but we think it adds fun flavor and additional sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz freshly squeezed orange juice

  • 1 oz tangerine juice

  • ½ oz St. Germain

  • 4 oz chilled Veuve Clicquot

Directions

  1. Add orange juice, tangerine juice, and St. Germain to a tall glass. Stir gently.
